Rest of text compares deplorable conditions facing New Jersey Young Workers in comparison to Russian Youth. This event was held in Newark and the street address matches that of a Ukrainian Labor Hall. Speakers listed are ; H.M. Wicks, Pat Devine, Pat Toomey and Others. The event is "Auspices, Workers (Communist) Party, Young Workers (Communist) League, Local Newark, N.J." Lightly tanned, one corner tip off, 4 tiny margin nicks. No folds, not brittle.
