8.5 X 11" one sided paper handbill with text "November 1927, Marks The 10th Anniversary Of The Russian Revolution. / What Are The Conditions Of The Russian Youth Today?" Rest of text compares deplorable conditions facing New Jersey Young Workers in comparison to Russian Youth. This event was held in Newark and the street address matches that of a Ukrainian Labor Hall. Speakers listed are ; H.M. Wicks, Pat Devine, Pat Toomey and Others. The event is "Auspices, Workers (Communist) Party, Young Workers (Communist) League, Local Newark, N.J." Lightly tanned, one corner tip off, 4 tiny margin nicks. No folds, not brittle. Ex-collection of early APIC member Ted Watts. Fine and Rare.
