4x9" stiff card with printed free frank signature of long-time FDR ally James Murray, Senator for Montana. Small text includes "Printed In Congressional Record Of July 22,1940". Mrs. Roosevelt states "We the people of the United States have got to realize today that we now face a grave and serious situation". She is referring to war in Europe and asks for unity and support for the President. Top edge has .5" crease with tan glue stain on mailing side. Still VF.
