Item Description
8.5x11" cover plus 8 pages. Cover is stiff sheet with simulated embossed Truman gold medal plus deckled edge. Page 1 is full page Truman portrait. Event was held at Waldorf Astoria and featured original film documentary "Man of Decision" by Dory Schary". There were simultaneous dinners in New York, Boston, Washington, Chicago, Independence, and (via video tape) Hollywood. Each city featured celebrities and names included are: Sam Rayburn, Dean Achesobn, Adlai Stevenson, Mort Sahl, Jack Benny, Mrs. FDR, Leonard Bernstein, Peggy Lee, and others. Trace of tone on cover edges. NM.
