No manufacturer indicated but box notes both a Dopey and Happy were produced, each character is pictured on one side panel while two other panels feature them playing instruments. Light box wear/aging but tight and VF. Toy comes with a key and works. Waddles about. Tip of hat has trace of discoloration, toy has some pinpoint scattered paint nicks but remains totally bright and glossy. VF.
