Item Description
12.5x16.5" frame w/9.5x13.5" opening. Candidates' portraits below "The Temple Of Liberty" and slogan at top "Free Soil, Free Labor, Free Speech." Former President Van Buren ran w/Charles F. Adams, the son of former President John Quincy Adams and grandson of John Adams. Age toning throughout w/only a few scattered tiny brown stains that detract little. VF. Ample borders and detailed hand coloring. This is one of the toughest prints to obtain from the series produced from 1844-1876. Bill Hoffman Collection.
