Item Description
7.5x10x9.5". Leather w/Massachussets state seal, bullion, tassels and scale chinstrap. 2" leather visor w/green paint underside and 6" feather plume. Expected wear to leather, loss at thinnest edges of visor from dropped stitches and minor unraveling to bullion tassels. Fine.
