Item Description
1.25x6.25x12.25" box containing complete eight-piece rubber horseshoe set #S988. Super Swim, Inc. c. 1950s. ©NCP, Inc. Box has noticeable aging w/surface paper wear at corners/edges and corner split leading into two edge splits running halfway down each panel. Box bottom has side panel split 3/4 the length but held in place by lid. Comes w/round rubber quoits and two bases where included wooden posts are inserted or staked into ground w/four included stakes. Quoits are generic and plain. Scattered lt. aging/hardening to rubber. Box is Good. Contents are unused and Fine. Quoit set box lists a membership club card which is not in set. Black bases have raised Superman "S" shield chest logo design on them as shown on box lids, later sets used generic stock. Great Win Mortimer lid art of Superman w/children.
