Item Description
Pair of cards from two different sets of 12 cards from a 42 card set. By Comic Stars Inc. ©1949. Each card is 2.25x3.5" with great character illustration on front, backs are blank. Set "A-1" included Superman catching Lois Lane, Set "A-3" included flying solo Superman. Rest of cards in original sets were funny book comic charaters except for Robin the Boy Wonder. Pair of cards have lt. aging/wear. Lois card has some faint red ink staining as issued. Overall Exc. and a rare pair. David Barsalou Collection.
