5x10x6" tall tin litho bus w/built-in key. 1920s. The double-decker bus is nicely designed including separate driver figure from the waist up, staircase leading to seating on top, small separate radiator cap. Marked "Interstate Bus/98." Toy works and travels forward and has manually steerable front wheels. As made, the right rear wheel has the hub cap painted a bit off-center. The platform on back of bus at staircase has some scattered small scratches. Rims of wheels have streaks of bare metal from use. Rest of bus has just some tiny scattered paint nicks and lt. trace of dust soiling. All are minor defects as far as the appearance goes and bus remains bright and glossy. Still displays VF. Great large bus.
