Item Description
Each is 3x4.75" card stock. Pass to "Admit Bearer" to the Gallery of House of Representatives for the vote counting of the 1876 election on "February 1, 1877" and "February 3, 1877", respectively. Blue ticket has slightly different font than yellow ticket, most notably in the facsimile signatures of "T. W. Ferry" and "Sam J. Randall" which are printed on the yellow ticket, but signed on the blue. Yellow ticket marked w/serial no. 1280, while blue ticket is unmarked. Light edge and corner wear on both. Yellow has traces of soil along the perimeter. Fine. Blue ticket has moderate surface wear. VF. Supremely historic.
