3x8". Silk. Listed in Sullivan/Fischer as MF-6C. Large portrait w/facsimile signature below. Scattered age most notably along top/bottom margins and a tiny horizontal separation at top left, mentioned for accuracy. Extremely Fine. Imposing size and Connecticut imprint give this ribbon an especially impressive presence, easily standing out among the only six portrait designs Sullivan & Fischer listed in American Political Ribbons & Ribbon Badges.
