7" long. Silk. Impressive and detailed graphic above oval portrait of Henry Clay w/name below. Crossed flags appear around portrait w/slogan arching above. Mostly even age toning w/small area at the top left corner that is lighter than rest of ribbon. Otherwise moderate handling wear. Retains strong contrast on portrait and pedestal. Fine.
