Item Description
17x22" on thin paper. Featuring drawing of elephant and donkey dancing. Retains bold color. Has scattered creasing and light edge wear, most notably in bottom left corner. Otherwise light handling. VF.  Among the SDCC goals in protesting the GOP Convention was "To Demand An Immediate End To All Aspects Of The War In Indochina. Specifically To Expose And Stop The Barbaric, Escalating Technological Air War And To Demand Acceptance Of The Peace Plan Of The Provisional Revolutionary Government Of South Vietnam." Their efforts brought over 15,000 people to protest the GOP convention that nominated Pres. Nixon for a second term.
