Item Description
First is 3x12". Painted metal. Second is 2.75"x13". Thin metal. First has minor scattered paint loss, mostly relegated to the bottom edge. Otherwise scattered surface scratches and handling that amount to moderate surface wear. VF. Second has tiny scattered specks of paint loss and some tiny spots of oxidation, most notably just right of "E" in "Ike" in the blue background that is hardly seen.
