Item Description
14x22" on cardstock paper. Produced by Myer Show Print. Telethon held from 10 PM to 1 AM beginning on Saturday November 3, 1962, just three days before the election. Top of the poster reads "Campaign Special! Exciting, Dramatic, History-Making TV!" w/text at bottom reading "No Holds Barred!" Scattered creasing, mostly on the right and left edges in the top half of the poster. Some minor age toning along the extreme edges, and some moderate edge wear. Retains vibrant color in yellows and blues. Extremely Fine. A large and scarce single-day event poster highlighting Nixon's last ditch push to get out the vote in his ultimately unsuccessful bid for California governor. John Pendergrass Collection.
