Item Description
These were likely both produced in France c. 1948. First is aluminum circular frame w/celluloid over dot screen photo w/his name below. Reverse holds 1-1/8" vertical stickpin. Second is 1.5" tall embossed brass with brass star and enamel paint French flags around an opening holding an oval real photo titled "Champion Du Monde" which he became upon the defeat of Tony Zale. He lost the title to Jake LaMotta and died in a 1949 plane crash. Both rare and NM. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
