Item Description
Each is 2-1/8" and first has back paper, seldom seen, of Sanders Mfg. Co. Nashville. This shows Jerry Dalrymple, a skilled end for coach Bernie Bierman's Tulane Green Wave football teams of 1929-1931. When they went to the Rose Bowl in 1931, he was the only unanimous choice for All-American. A green ribbon is largely missing due to disintegration, but the white ribbon and the green button are Exc. Second from Louisiana State University shows "Abe Mickal". Yellow ribbon has small split on reverse where it crosses the collet and front edge has stain although w/full gloss remaining. He was known as "Miracle Mickal" leading LSU to undefeated 1933 season and to the Sugar Bowl in 1935. VG. Rare. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
