Item Description
3x5-3/8" unused but with .5" dia. tan stain on each reverse corner from mounting years ago. Front displays Exc. Issuer on left margin "G.M. Whipple & A.A. Smith Salem, Mass." Lincoln stirs papers in a funnel placed in a large crock reading "Pure Refined National Elixir Of Liberty." Poster on right wall reads "Lincoln's Renowned Rebel Exterminator Warranted Not To Spoil In Warm Climates." Other details include tiny hanging deceased figures of "Jeff Davis" and "Beau" in bottles next to a skull at upper left with caption "Preserved Grape In Canisters." Below, a beaker with curved neck holds papers reading "Slavery - Ark. - Texas - Virginia - Baltimore." Great graphics. First we've seen.
