Item Description
8-3/8x13-1/8x1.25" open display box contains high relief vacuform plastic "plaque" portrait (w/cardboard backing) to be painted. Set comes w/four capped paints, paintbrush and illustrated cardboard insert cover as well as two separate cardboard inserts as issued (one holding paints and brush). Standard Toycraft No. 531-H, ©1965 Kayro-Vue Productions. Released as part of a Munsters series that included Lily Munster (see following lot) and Grandpa Munster. Lid was once taped shut at left/right, but tape has dried and loosened over the years. Box lid has loose corners as produced. Box has some creases at lid corners but is o/w VF. Streak of lt. purple discoloration to plastic above Herman's head due to contact w/purple cardboard insert tray, o/w unused w/NM contents. Very rare and first we've offered of this highly sought after Munsters item.
