Item Description
8x13x1/8" thick hand-painted, stiff laminated, die-cut cardboard with functional "handle." One side reads "Horner For Governor" and other reads "Weber For Congress." Some light all-over paint wear mostly on extreme edges. Hand-made and likely unique. Most unusual. Fine. Also see pre-1896 hopefuls #15-20, 23, 25-33.
