Blister card contains 3.75" tall action figure of Eco Warriors Anti-Tox Trooper Clean-Sweep (w"Color-Change Battle Damage!"). ©1990 Hasbro. Orange file card. "G.I. Joe Combat Pay/Universal Studios Florida" offer. Card has original store price sticker at top right and has been punched. Card has slight warp but o/w shows little wear. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and is free of any cracks. Small dents at bottom left by water-squirting "Sweeper" device. VF/Exc. overall w/figure NM as packaged.
