Item Description
3.5x5.5" on thick paper. "Secretary of the Navy" letterhead. Signed "With Best Wishes Edwin Denby." Vertical and horizontal creasing, as well as a few pinpricks at top center and some adhesive marks on both sides. Fine. Denby served as Secretary of the Navy under Harding and briefly under Coolidge before he was forced to resign following an investigation into his involvement in the Teapot Dome Scandal. Comes w/ JSA COA and Hake's COA.
