US 23 Back blister card contains 4.5" tall action figure of Firestorm w/"Power Action Atomic Punch" arm action when legs are squeezed together. Also comes w/mini comic book. Kenner, ©1985 DC Comics. Card has "Free Clark Kent" action figure offer sticker. Card has been punched. Lt. aging/wear. Wear at punch, two edge dings on bottom and lower left corner bump. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and clear. Card is Fine. Figure is NM as packaged.
