US 23 Back blister card contains 4.75" tall action figure of Steppenwolf w/"Power Action Electro-Axe Chop" arm action when legs are squeezed together. Also comes w/mini comic book. Kenner, ©1985 DC Comics. Card has "Fan Club" offer. Card is unpunched. Lt. aging/wear. Scattered lt. creasing across top, two edge dings on bottom and lower left corner bump. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and clear. Dents at top and bottom right on blister. Card is VG. Figure is NM as packaged.
