2.75" by American Artworks. Noticeable stain areas on left and right ends with much less on top and bottom edges. Some dots and hairlines of silvering off. Collet has rust over 1/3 of length and 3/8" hairline of metal gone. Still VG with rare image of large paddle-wheel steamer. First seen.
