7/8" plastic with vertical bar pin. No name but this was W&H format for many war era badges. Center has small logo of Hercules Powder Co. flanked by wings and reading in full "Sunflower Ordinance Works/Attendance Award One Year." Essentially Mint and only example we've seen. See WWII #817.
