1.25" full color image of galvanized metal windmill and vane unit on ivory white bkg. Lettered mostly in red. Small inscription in black lettering on vane includes "Stover Mfg. Co., Freeport, Ill." High gloss and N. Mint. w/Pulver backpaper. Scarce.
