2-5/8x4". Features portrait of a mustachioed Republican supporter chomping on a cigar and wearing a kepi, a hat often associated w/Union soldiers during the Civil War. Subject is wearing a James Garfield portrait ribbon on his cape. Some light scattered scratches amounting to moderate surface wear in reflected light. Portrait is crisp and retains bold contrast.
