3.5x9.5". Ike detractors were upset by his decision to federalize the Arkansas National Guard sending the 101st Airborne to protect the Little Rock 9 as they integrated Little Rock's Central High School. Major media reporting from the time includes many stories about the 101st having bayonets on their rifles including a title from a Sept. 26, 1957 Atlanta Constitution article "Little Rock High Integrated As Bayonets Scatter Crowds".
