Item Description
6" long. From a single-day event held on Friday, August 5, 1960. According to reporting on the event by the St. Louis Globe-Democrat, approximately 4,500 were in attendance to see Nixon and his wife at the airport for his speech. Nixon was introduced by Senator Hiram Fong of Hawaii. The main topic of Nixon's speech was foreign policy. Union bug at the bottom. Scattered faint stains and slight even age wear.
