3x5" on card stock. From the March 4, 1905 inauguration of Theodore Roosevelt. Text reads "The Bearer Is Entitled To Admission To The Senate Wing Of The Capitol And To The Senate Chamber." Green eagle and shield design in the center. Reverse has rubber stamp signature of Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Col. Daniel Moor Ransdell. Only light surface wear and handling. Exc.
