Item Description
Envelope is 3.5x6.5" w/ 12 stamps inside. Stamp features Coolidge and a GOP elephant breaking through a dam labeled "1924" and making their way onto a metaphorical second term. Stamps have "Copyright 1924 F. H. Buffum, Jr." at bottom. Envelope has light surface wear and handling w/ scattered edge spotting. Still Exc. Book of stamps have only minor surface wear. NM.
