4" overall w/ 1.25" cello. Button has image of the U. S. Capitol Building on it. Attached below is a ribbon and plastic donkey dangler. The ribbon reads "Roosevelt and Wallace Inauguration Jan. 20, 1941". Cello. has faint scattered mottling, otherwise light surface wear. Ribbon is crisp w/ only light wear and handling. Overall Extremely Fine.
