11x14" on card board. Features a portrait of C. E. Broughton, a Delegate-at-Large for Sheboygan, WI. Text in bottom left corner reads "Authorized and circulated by the Democratic State Central Committee, John J. Slocum, Secretary, Madison, Wis." Scattered moderate surface wear, most notably faint staining on the portrait and on the copy of the letter from FDR beside the portrait. VG. An interesting FDR item w/ a Wisconsin connection.
