Item Description
8.5x11". Dated April 8, 1964 at the Palm Gardens. Held under the auspices of the Militant Labor Forum. A horizontal fold in the center as well as some staining on the back that can be seen on front, most notably on the "X".  Some stray pencil marks and scattered creasing amounting to moderate wear and handling. VG. In his speech, Malcolm X highlighted his frustration for the lack of effective Civil Rights legislation and argues that no progress has been made since the abolition of slavery a century before.
