Two layers of fabric form 2-3/8" rosette with sequins forming center star. No fastener apparently as made. 3" silk-like fabric below reads "International University Boat Race, 1869/American Harvard Crew" with list of 4 names plus "A. Burnham (Coxn.)" Earliest rowing item we've seen. Rare. Exc.
