Item Description
21.25x29" overall w/matting. Flag is 16x23.5". Silk. Listed in Collins Threads of History as plate #515 on p. 234. Sewn into matteboard. Vibrant color w/bold contrast on portrait. Slight even age toning w/a few scattered faint stains, most notably just left of Blaine's portrait. Overall VF. Can be matched to a Cleveland example.
