Center scene has female Indian w/three-feather headdress flying over city buildings and holding yellow "I Do" pennant. Tiny text along harbor water edge on bottom reads "Onward And Upward." Bkg. has snow-covered mountains and peak of Mt. Ranier volcano. Missing back paper. Exc., displays Mint. About fourth seen. Rare.
