Item Description
7/8" w/Pulver back paper. Reads "Mill-Grove-Farm Audubon, Pa." In 1803 John James Audubon arrived in America from France to manage his father's Mill Grove Farm near Valley Forge, Pa. (where it is still a historic site). Button is the only example of the only Audubon portrait button we know of. Text is a hair off-center and tiny surface wear shows only in reflected light.
