8.5x11". Appeal to Reason letterhead. Letter from Fred. D. Warren to readers highlighting the work of John Kenneth Turner in his efforts to expose working conditions in WV coal mines, as well as continued efforts to free Mother Jones from jail. She was arrested on February 13, 1913 and imprisoned for 85 days. Vertical and horizontal fold lines. Otherwise light wear, most notable along left edge. VF.
