2-1/8" overall w/1-1/8" badge. DeWitt/Sullivan GMcC-1864-43. Eagle hanger at the top w/rwb ribbon and badge attached below. Some moderate wear and handling on frame. Portrait has tiny dot of missing emulsion in field at 3 o'clock. Otherwise only light wear seen in reflected light. Overall Extremely Fine. See previous item for matching Lincoln.
