1-5/8" litho slotted at right center for raising and lowering of diecut Hitler figure by pulling tan cord attached to mechanical lever extending from left rim. Rim curl has patent application text for maker Evans Novelty Co., Chicago. Button is NM. Card has much creasing and minor age tone. Reads "Let's Pull Together And Hang Hitler." Card is rare and VG, about only third seen.
