28x42" on thin poster paper. Fourth Liberty Loan poster shows the Statue of Liberty standing amidst a city in ruins and under the glow of flames. Art by Joseph Pennell, Heywood, Strasser & Voight NY imp (2-B designation). Area of loss along top left edge and faint moisture mark along top edge in center. Otherwise moderate wear, most notably along the edges. VF. Will frame to Exc. Mike Nichols Collection.
