6x4x6.5" tall box contains kit #635-200 ©1971. Includes operating table, control panel, glow-in-the-dark skeleton, etc. Box has been opened. Lt. aging/wear. Fading on one side panel. 3" tear on box top and some old tape. Small spot of surface paper loss on bottom where price sticker pulled. VG. Contents appear complete/unused in bags. Includes incorrect instruction sheet/comic strip for kit #632 "The Victim". Exc.
