Item Description
Lot of three, each 1.5" to 2.5" wide by 6" tall. Unidentified characters include boy in pointed hat, Chinaman, policeman w/badge reading "TWP" (Teenie Weenie Police). Dolls are made from sewn and cut painted oilcloth-type material and stuffed w/cotton giving each a thickness of about .75". Boy has color loss to point of hat and shoes on both sides. Chinaman has paint loss at neck and one foot. Back of foot reads "Wm. Donahey" and appears to be dated 1921. Donahey was cartoonist and creator of "Teenie Weenies" comic strip. Policeman has lt. scattered paint loss but in the best condition of the three. Back of shoe reads "Wm. Donahey." Overall VF.
