Hat is 12x10.5x7". Torch affixed to the top of the hat. Has moderate surface wear, most notably on the rim of the crown. VF. Band is 4x18". Silk. Affixed to hat. Some minor fraying along the top and bottom edges, as well as a few pin holes. Otherwise moderate handling wear. Fine.
