9x12". Cover text reads "Welcome Editors And Publishers Attending The 1946 ANPA Convention/Waldorf-Astoria/Tuesday, April 23, 1946/The Banshees." Banshees was name that members called themselves). Cover artwork shows a variety of comic characters including Popeye, Lone Ranger, Donald Duck, Snuffy Smith, The Phantom, Mickey Mouse, Blondie and Dagwood, Maggie and Jiggs, Prince Valiant, Little King, etc. Unusual imagery of Donald & Mickey-both hold cocktail glasses! Art by Fred Schwartz. Unknown gentleman in suit made of newspaper pages sits at head of table. Inside is menu w/list of show performers. Performers are pictured w/names below and include Milton Berle, Ray Bolger, Charles Fredericks, etc. Back cover is blank, has scattered ink or coffee stains. Lt. handling creases visible under close inspection. Overall cover remains bright w/nice appearance. Fine. First we've seen.
