7" tall. 1930s. Marked "Made In Japan." Arms move, holds original cane. Toys works, vibrates and moves about as mouth opens and closes. .5" seam separation by ear o/w celluloid is free of cracks or dents. Original paint. Darkness of black tuxedo and top hat varies as produced. Lt. surface dust noticeable on white shirt and gloves. Comes w/key. VF.
