Item Description
7.25x10-5/8x2" deep box. c. 1915. Box has black/gold accent art of Buster and Tige in different scenes with sock including playing tug-of-war. Contains three pairs of brown cloth socks, two with original pair of labels showing Buster Brown and Tige playing tug-ofpwar as well as Buster reading. Third pair has one of two labels. Buster Brown Hosiery Mills, Chattanooga, Tennessee. Box lid has dust soil, slight loss of color around edges and corner tips, one pair of socks has tear through center of label but labels o/w are bright. Socks are Exc. Box Fine.
