Item Description
Originally 26” long cream-colored glow-in-the-dark plastic belt held this brass metal buckle w/relief image of Tom on front w/his name on chest against checkerboard design. Back of buckle has slide-out secret compartment. 1946 issued by Ralston Cereals. Couple tarnish marks but Fine w/luster highlights.
